Login: View and modify your account details. Your account allows you to view your orders, manage delivery and billing addresses.

To create My Account: Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner of your screen. Register and fill out the form. If you encounter any difficulties please contact our customer service at info@mrmood.pt which will give you a quick answer.

Go to My Account, fill in your email at LOGIN and click on the link “Forgot your password?”. We will automatically send a new password to your email.

You can make payments at Mrs. Mood without risk. Your bank details are not stored on our website.

Mrs. Mood guarantees the valid price during the order processing.

Yes, VAT is included at the Portuguese rate of 23% for the countries of the European community.

If any item is out of stock, Mrs. Mood will try to replace it as soon as possible. If it is not possible, it will notify the customer.

Colors may vary slightly due to the specifications of each monitor and lighting conditions. The color description should be used as an approximate guide.
In articles that are dyed by artisanal processes there may be slight color differences.

Yes, you can remove any item before processing the order. Once processed, the order can no longer be removed. If you do not make the payment, the order has no effect.
