Shipping Costs

The shipping value is directly related to your geographic area.

The amounts presented may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes once the package reaches Users country.

Our shipments to countries outside the EU are made according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on those orders and cannot predict witch particular charges may be. If Users do incur in any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for its package to clear customs. Please contact the local customs office for more information.

After completing your order and making the payment you will receive an email confirming your order.

Portugal and Spain – 2 business days
Europe – 4 business days
USA and Canada – 8 business days

Shortly after your order is dispatched you will receive a message by email.


Collection of your Order

In your process of registering your account on mrmood.pt you will be asked to register your personal address. If you want your order delivered to a different address, enter this address during the process of confirming your order. Please note that we can not ship to Postboxes. The shipping rates do not include import taxes that may be required when the order arrives at the destination, these rates, if any, are your responsibility.

 

Shipping to Portugal

Shipping by carrier – You will receive your order directly at the address you left in your online purchase. If the carrier has problems with delivery, it will contact the telephone number you left on your order.

 

International shipping

The international orders are sent by Courrier and should indicate as delivery address a place where deliveries can be made during office hours.

In the delivery rates are not included the additional costs, such as customs or other costs that may be charged in the country of destination.


Changing Your Order

You can exchange your order up to 14 days from the receipt of the order. Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition. Mr Mood products should not have been used, handled or washed. Only returned products with the original packaging, fully intact and the original labels on each product will be accepted. In addition, the original invoice that comes with the delivery has to be submitted along with the returned products. No exchanges or returns are accepted on discount or outlet items. The exchanges can be made in person in any of our stores, or sent to the following address:

Mr Mood is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product for exchange. These charges are delivered to the customer.


Returns

We only accept returns within 14 days of order receipt. 
Mr Mood is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product for exchange. These charges are delivered to the customer. The return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, and will only be refunded if the return is our responsibility (product defective, for example).
The refund of the amount paid by the customer will only be made after confirmation of the condition of the products, and will always use the same route for which the payment was made. In the case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card, and will be immediately available.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 5 working days.

 

Exchanges
