We only accept returns within 14 days of order receipt.
Mr Mood is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product for exchange. These charges are delivered to the customer. The return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer, and will only be refunded if the return is our responsibility (product defective, for example).
The refund of the amount paid by the customer will only be made after confirmation of the condition of the products, and will always use the same route for which the payment was made. In the case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card, and will be immediately available.
Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition. Mr Mood products should not have been used, handled or washed. Only returned products with the original packaging, fully intact and the original labels on each product will be accepted. In addition, the original invoice that comes with the delivery has to be submitted along with the returned products. The exchanges can be made in person in any of our stores, or sent to the following address:
